One of our weekly stops is Antioch Community Church. We enjoy lessons, compiled by the Extension Service Office, and presented by Ms. Linda Jenkins on "A" weeks. This week, Ms. Jenkins taught us about butterflies. She taught us about "puddling" where a butterfly sits on a flat rock and sips on muddy water to quench its thirst and to get nutrients. She also showed us a rotting banana and told us that a butterfly would enjoy it as a treat. Josie and Jude especially enjoyed Ms. Jenkins' presentation.
